Those applying for our 100% online programs please note: Once seats are filled for the distance cohort further applications will be considered for the subsequent year. Apply early!

Applicants for our distance programs must have a minimum of five years of professional experience. 

International students should apply as soon as possible for our on campus programs due to visa procedures and guidelines.

Bio Sketch

A brief biographical sketch, one or two paragraphs, that provides a summary of the applicant's accomplishments, areas of expertise, and experiences. This document should verify five years of professional experience for those applying for our distance programs. You can upload this document during your online application process or send it to the email address

Two Forms of Reference

Reference form (or "Recommandations") is available via the application system. An email request will go to your two references to complete the form and, if those individuals chose to do so, they can attach an additional letter.

Statement of Intent

Your 'Statement of Intent' form is available via the application system. The content should include the reason(s) why you are interested in studying Creativity and Change Leadership, and how it would fit your personal and/or professional goals. We view this step as an assessment of your fit for our educational programs and a sample of your writing skills. You can upload the document during your online application process or send it to
